I found some AWESOME deals on shoes at Target tonight. I went to two separate Targets to make sure it was a national markdown!!! I found these adorable infant shoes that were regularly priced at $12.99 marked down to $3.88!!! That is a STEAL!!! I picked up my girls a couple of pairs to put up for next year!!
