Wal-mart Trip 6/25

And yes, I did buy 17 boxes of cereal and 8 boxes of wheat thins. I promise we will go through all of that cereal in a month and a half! IF it lasts that long. My kids eat cereal EVERY morning, and my husband has cereal as his second supper before he goes to bed! Cute huh? NO, because I have to stock up like this everytime cereal goes on sale! LOL. It is like his comfort food before bed time! ;) He will even take the last of the milk and the kids won’t be left with any in the morning! haha!! ~Love you honey, if you read this~

So here is the items that actually went through like they were suppose too ;) Granted, I did have to buy formula, milk, etc. But I did not include those items in the picture! The formula is $26 by itself! lol I am dreading going back tonight to straighten all of that other mess out! Wish me luck~

18 boxes of cereal -price matched from Albertsons- $1.50, Used (9) $1.00/2 Qs = $1.00/box

Rite Aid Trip 6/19

It was an okay trip to Rite Aid, despite the fact I forgot to hand over a few coupons (AND I only had ONE kid with me!) Luckily, those items were already free but it will still be on my conscience for a week ;( It was the .75 cent off coupon for any Colgate toothpaste! Totally forgot that I had them in my purse! That is what I get for not putting my paperclip on them like I told myself to do!  AND I was not going to admit this to ya’ll, but I did something tonight that I have NEVER done since I began using the rewards systems! I handed over my +Up rewards that I had rolled over from my previous trips,  and they beeped? I was very confused until I realized they had EXPIRED!! Yes, bloggers make mistakes too! I was SO upset! Talk about having something on your conscience!! It was $6.00 ! I am going to blame it on Father’s Day and leave it at that! lol.. They had expired yesterday!! :( I also ran into a small problem with the +Up Reward not printing for ONE of the colgates? I had separated them into 3 different transactions and for some reason, one did not print. The cashier proceeds to tell me that I have to buy 2 and 2 (2 of the box toothpastes in the picture and 2 of the stand-up tubes that were pictured) I had a really puzzled look on my face and just asked if we could try it again, because I had a feeling it was just some kind of glitch in the system. I don’t think she believed me, but low and behold, IT WORKED!

Rite Aid Trip 6/12

I actually made it out to Rite Aid this week;) Normally I would not go all the way to Rite Aid just for these items, but I had some UP rewards that I needed to use before they expire *REMEMBER* to always look at your expiration dates. What I normally do is if there is an UP reward about to expire, I will go to Rite Aid and use those UP Rewards on milk or buy what is *Free or cheap that produces new UP rewards with later expiration dates… That way it is like renewing your ups or “swapping them out.” Make sense?

I only did one transaction!
